Lol I have been on both sides of that. As the E4 and the SSG. At least when I was an E4 there was no US Border Agents and Mexican Border agents involved.

a FOB i was at in ‘11
i was primarily working with maintenance test pilots. and we were on the habit of getting lunch prior to the afternoons test flight.
noticed 2 civilian contractors came got their to go plates every day at the same time. and we started chocking their gators at different lengths of wheel space on odd days. every time you’d see the passenger get all the togo plates and drinks dumped on his lap.

after about two months of this we noticed we started an entire war of gators chocking everyone else’s wheels at the chow tent.
