Misfire on startup, no codes

After sitting for over a day, sometimes the engine stumbles and runs roughly (and what I assume is misfiring) like it wants to stall after starting up, for maybe 10 seconds, then if given a bit of throttle, starts to run normally again. The OBD is not giving a CEL. It's an '04 4.0L with 110k miles. Where should I start looking for a diagnosis?

Hey; couple years later. Im having the same
Issue. Any long term update?

Hey, any long term update? Having a very similar issue right now driving me crazy. Curious if you have ever found anything out

Have you checked your fuel pressure?

What about monitoring live ODB data and watching fuel trims?

I have not checked fuel pressure yet. I suppose it is something i can do, i just have not been suspect of it because even after sitting for over a week it will still fire up within 2-3 seconds. Or 4 rotations of the starter. I do get a long crank every once in a blue moon but they are not consistent and seem unrelated.

Could a fuel pump fail in a way i get misfires on start up for 10/15 seconds but still start right aways?
