I plan to arrive on the 3rd and wheel the 4th to 9th, likely hit the road Friday afternoon.

I'm putting everyone down as tentative for now once you have reservations/are committed I'll update you to reserved status.

I am interested in April/May depending on dates. June and the likely triple digit temperature days are not as appealing.

June was 70's and 80's two years ago. Was perfect weather for some reason.

Last year it was mostly 90's but most of the country was unseasonably hot.

I typically go in Spring, just before or after EJS. Last year I pushed it a bit early and got stuck on the way when I-80 closed for ice in Nebraska, I had to backtrack and go down to I-70, turned that day from 9 hours to 13 hours but still go there. This time with a trailer in tow I want no chance of poor roads.

There is a risk of that happening even at the end of April, I 70 the mountain pass part. Nebraska shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, we hit the heat dome sent over by our friends in CA. But, there's always a much better chance it could be hot in June, compared to April.

I could be up for a trip - the earlier the better.

I'll say I'm in as of NOW.... Hopefully I'll actually be able to make it this year.... God willing & the rivers don't rise... My dates are OPEN but I'd prefer it to be in May when the weather is normally a little nicer.

@Woodrow if you're coming alone I can offer you bunk space. If Mike is bringing his better half then the offer is extended to anyone else coming solo that needs a place to crash. Have pretty much everything to make the stay nice & comfortable.

I'm not going to commit just yet, 2025 is going to be a busy year at work for us. Put me down as "possibly maybe"'. I have been wanting to go back since the 2021 trip. Late April/early May would be best if I am able to swing it.

Yeah I hope it's either nothing, or the lunchbox is having a problem that's an easy fix. If I have to rebuild the front diff that is going to be a while. Maybe I'll have time to look into it after xgiving

Tonya is preschool teacher and they follow city school schedule so Apr/May is tough for me since she is working. Once you all nail down a date, I will see if she can get the time off.

Just figured I'd throw the offer out there. If you end up with other plans or bring your plus 1 then the offer is extended to anyone else that might want it.

I do really hope that things are going to work out for me being able to make it this year.

I would probably prefer the week of May 5-9 if that works. Every time I have gone at the end if April I have hit snow in the Colorado mountains either going there or coming home. Going a week later might give better weather.
