Unfortunately, I wont be there this year, but if you are around the Austin area, and there is a ton of traffic, that is happening this weekend.

Since they started racing in Austin, Marquez is undefeated in pole position and winning the race. He had a really bad race this last time in Argentina, so it may be an exciting race this Sunday if anybody is interested.

If anybody is going, please post some pics!
 
I used to hit all the CA races for WSBK, AMA, and GP years ago when I rode. They were great times. I have a pic of Nicky and his win when GP returned to Laguna. Will have to dig it out of the archives. RIP

I had a 2005 Replica Nicky Honda Repsol for about 50K miles then I sold it. I really like the looks, but the Yamaha R1 suits me better. The CBR is just too slow coming out of corners.

Too bad GP doesn't do CA anymore, but one of these days I will hit up Austin.
