Happy Halloween to me! šŸŽƒ

Got the Antirock installed. I used some hard plastic spacers that that I seen @mrblaine recommend putting between the arms and the white bushings to keep the arms all the way out on the ends of the torsion bar. (McMaster-Carr P/N 91545A390) I actually put two per side and the arms are just slightly past flush with the end of the torsion bar, but I donā€™t think it will hurt anything.

I set it on the forward most setting today. Iā€™m going to try the rear setting tomorrow and see which one I like the best.

Remove one of the spacers and get the arm flush. You need to maintain all the spline engagement.

The arm isn't contacting this bolt is it? Hard to tell from the picture.

I went to order these, but McMaster wouldn't show the shipping cost until after you paid for it. It's been a while since I ordered from them. Is this what happened to you? I can't imagine the cost would be that much, but I don't like paying for something before I know the total cost!

McMaster charged me $7.96 to ship a pack of 5 to Oregon. IMO that is more than it should be, but spending money goes along with my Jeep ownership.

Yes, same here. $7.24 for shipping to SC.

Got my bumper and winch back on after installing the Antirock. Also got the battery cables on. Man, those things are stout.

I made a bracket to put on my LOD front bumper so that the Savvy steering box skid will mate up to it. Thanks again to @mrblaine for the hardware tips. Got this much of it done and plan to finish it up tomorrow.

Nothing wrong with that.

Got the steering box skid installed.

An easy way to get the serrated nut to line up right the first time is to run a zip tie up through the hole and out of the opening in the corner and slide the nut down it.
