Just found and joined this group but i wish i had of found it sooner!! Been wheeling for close 30 years now and have had many Jeep builds over the years however this was by far the most thorough and detailed of them all. Bought the TJ already well built back in 2012, wheeled it for a year and then tore it apart to the frame and spent 2 years building it to what it is now...

Jeep hauls ass like no other, currently plated/insured and is driven regularly on weekends but spends allot of time on the trails.

Build Specs are:

  • 2004 TJ Rubicon with half doors and soft top. New Soft uppers.
  • 2007 5.7L HEMI with 545RFE transmission

    • Hotwire harness built to match this swap in... Full ODBII compliancy.

  • Atlas 3.8 2-Speed Transfer case

  • 1979 Ford Dana60 Snofighter Front Axle

    • Narrowed to 65" WMS with Dutchman shaft

  • Mid-80's Cab&Chassis 14Bolt Rear Axle with SRW Hubs (63" WMS)

  • Mixture of Clayton, Genright and TMR Long Arm Suspension, stretched 5" in the rear and about 2" in the front to give the magic 100" stance.

  • 40"X13.5"X17" Maxxis Creepy Crawlers on Raceline Beadlocks
  • PSC Hydraulic Assist with HD Steering pump. Steering Pump Brace and Two Inline coolers
  • RAM 2500 Master Cylinder with Willwood Proportion Valve tied to Willwood cutting brakes. All braided Stainless Brake lines -3AN. Front Holley electric Line lock
  • Currie Front Anti-Roc with Custom bent Aluminum Arms
  • Genright Stretch Tank still tucked underneath
  • Custom 1350 Driveshafts front and rear

Hylined just enough for it to fit in to a standard 7' garage door yet about 23" clearance to skid plate. A blast to drive and a real head turner and show and shines and offroad events.. Scratches and dents are starting to accumulate though!!!
