So i took out the u-joint closest to the rear axle, it WAS bad the one next to the transmission was still good (original u-joints on shaft)
now im still getting a wicked shake for the first 2 miles
THEN it goes to a regular road tire 33x1050 "BFG/AT" vibe ?
light vibes in steering wheel, shifter and gas pedal

there was ZERO slop/movement in the transfer case before i removed the shaft from that end and used the unhooked axle end to try and move the shaft on the transmission end

somethings COLD and vibrating---then warming up---and loosing the wicked cold shake

could it be my Tires? I do know i have a slight crab on my rear end according to my alignment guy, he said it wasnt out very much butdidnt have any more adjustment
to get it all out (part of the reason im going back down to a 2inch lift from the 4inch

what do i inspect and look for next?
what do you want pics of?

thank you all

forgot to mention
I bought it at 24,000 miles lift kit on it NO SYE
he put the lift on it at around 10-18000 miles, sat in his garage for alot of years and did not see any hard use by him

I put new 33 inch BFG/AT's on it when I bought and a new steering shock, after a freaking awesome death wobble ride down a hill
so ive put around 18,000 miles on the tires with a rear crab

and YES I know about Vibes without the SYE
but thes vibes go from heavy THEN to light —-(probably the NO-SYE)
Im trying to figure out the hard detox shake

Tires might be cupped? Might want to move the fronts to the back.

I generally replace all my U-Joints on a shaft at once...rather than just one.

If moving the tires doesn't work I'd check the run out on the shaft and possibly get it balanced.

I assume you mean the rear axle is over farther than the front and not an actual rear steer issue.
If the rear axle is offset due to the lift, you can fix it with an adjustable track bar or possibly just a relocation bracket.
There is no adjustment with the factory one. I doubt there wasn't enough adjustment if you do have an adjustable one.
