So I took apart the axle end Johnny Joint to put in a 9/16th ball RockJock sent.

I used the tool, no issues. But the inner ball, the polymer races / bushings are one formed piece? Not two that connect? Not what I’ve seen anywhere.

Am I missing something? Of course, everything I’ve seen is 2 piece bushing etc, nope, of course there’s always a wrinkle.

I’m fairly sure these narrow 2” you push the ball in and replace and it’s not 2 pieces, but just want to make sure. The tool took it apart from the major joint, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to help push the ball out of the bushing.

Before I just start “figuring it out like a redneck” I just want to make sure pressing it out or one back in won’t be a problem.

My rear upper arms are all narrow 2". I replaced all the bushings last yr. Just a little lube and push in.I believe I used the vise to press out didn't worry about the bushing account was replacing .
