My Tj is a 97. It came from the factory with no A/C so I have the slider controls for the heat. One of my knobs is missing and I have been to the junk yard a couple of times and found nothing that will work. I have seen entire heater control panels on ebay but don't want to spend $100 or more just to get a knob. I was thinking that this would be a perfect job for a 3d printer but checked that out online and from what I see that is even more expensive than buying the control panel. Is there anyone on this forum who has a 3d printer who knows how to do this or give me another idea besides making a wooden knob and epoxying it on.

Is this what you need?

Have you tried Davey's Jeeps. He generally has most everything.

I didn't see option but I'll check it out some more tomorrow, it looks like he is the guy who would know where to get it. Thanks

Just shoot him an E-mail at the address below with the description and he will usually get right back to you.

Here is another site for parts.

I suspect that you may have to buy a salvage heater panel for the knob. Don't see anything out there so far.

So I have the same control’s and I am good with CAD. Went out to see if the knob will come off. No luck. Sorry, was going to try and get you a CAD file.

Thank you for giving me this info, Davey's Jeep has the knobs and is going to be sending them.

Before I get my knobs I thought I would ask you how you got yours off, a flathead screwdriver or something? And I wanted to thank you for going to the trouble to help out.
