What it came down to is they requested written evidence the compressor was replaced by a licensed pro.

Update*

Seems I found the problem, doesn't appear to be operator related.
Removed the compressor and components, orifice tube is contaminated with shrapnel. I think when I blew a hose, I lost a lot more oil than I believed to lose. After removing the compressor and draining oil, only .8oz came out.
Oh well, at least I found a smoking gun.
