I faced some delays as it took 4 days for the shocks to get here and one of them was missing the bushings, then it took another week for the replacement shock to arrive. Now I did the cycling with the RS55255 and the results are not very encouraging.
The RS55255
Total travel: 11 inches
Travel with track bar in and axle fully drooped: 8.25 driver 7.25 passenger
Uptravel at ride height: 3.75 inches fully usable
Shocks bottom out before any track bar interference.
Bumpstop needed: 2.75 on top of existing weld on bump.
Combined total bumpstop: 3.125
How is it possible for the longer shock to have less travel when installed? Should I just run the RS55239?

Travel with track bar in: 9.5 driver, 8.5 passenger
Uptravel at ride height: 5 inches (3.87 useable)
Bumpstop required: 2.5 inches for combined total of 2.875
