I'll keep this short, I recently drove from Salt Lake City to Kingman Arizona both ways, a 1200-mile round trip. about 300 miles into the return trip, I noticed my undercarriage was wet with fluid. I'm unsure what caused the leak but I suspect multiple leaks. while in Kingman I was doing some hardcore offroading that I probably shouldn't have with a stock TJ (6/10 difficulty rated on onX offroad). and I was driving during a heatwave at 90-100 mph on less-than-ideal roads. i haven't noticed any fluid on my driveway so that either means that the leak is only happening when driving or there is no fluid to leak. (note: I've checked the rear diff and the fluid is still at the fill line)(note 2: fluid around the rear axle on the driverside, around the transfer case, and has soaked fuel tank bottom and fuel skid plate.)

I would check the transfer case vent hose make sure it’s connected and not split, I think it clips to the auto trans dipstick

The wife just got back from Kingman herself. They made a run over to Havasu for groceries on Thurs where it was 111 . Id be checking the T case fluid pronto myself. There's plenty I've read on disappearing T case atf ,and the 99 I just bough was no exception nor have been a couple other jeeps Ive gone thru. The newest is dry as a bone underneath, the previous a 96 Grand, so where does that fluid go??

Update: it was the shocks and transmission. Both rear shocks blew and the transmission was leaking from where the shifter bolts to the transmission. When I checked the trans fluid it was about an inch below the fill hole.
