Need some help figuring out what parts need to be replaced

Just change out the lug studs if the bearing surface on the axle is good. I wound also change the axle bearing,thats a lot of violent action. Drum and backing plate need checked.backing plate needs to be straight

Thanks for the advice everyone. Here's photos of the drum.
Where do you recommend I get a replacement drum and studs from? I wonder if I could get that work that flat spot out on the bottom?
The rim doesn't have any markings on it at all.

Bend the backing plate into shape with an adjustable wrench or a pair of channel locks.
