Need verification on 05 engine wiring harness

I picked up an engine today that still has the wiring harness on it, the engine is from an 05 automatic my Jeep is an 05 6 spd. At a glance I noticed that mine has the white plug that goes to the ecu and the donor engine has the green plug on the harness. I'm assuming I will need to swap the harness to make it work on mine is this correct? I know the earlier years were interchangeable I'm not sure of the late models.

2005 and 2006 have an integrated TCM into the ECM. This makes it a PCM. I believe you need your harness from the manual.

Indeed manual and automatic are different part numbers for the engine wiring harness.
Use your old manual harness as Cooper Smith mentioned above.
