We just picked up a Delonghi "La Specialista" Espresso maker. Really does a great job. So far I would highly recommend it.

I recently bought a Breville espresso machine and am very happy with it as well. Man you really gotta dial it in tho and takes a bit of trial and error between grind size, amount, tamping pressure, etc. First beans I used in it are called Jet Fuel by Independence Coffee.

Damn I’m jelly! I was a Bariata at a local coffee spot here in my town when I was going through nursing school and we used a Delonghi also. They make great espresso. The machine we had was a double wand machine and had 3 espresso pours.

On our family vacation last year, the room we booked on the beach was super fancy with a Nespresso machine. I've never used one before and was quite the learning experience. First cup, only pours like a shot of coffee, so I think I screw something up and put in another pod with the same results...repeat this step until I finally have my full cup of coffee (I think it was 4 pods). I drink said cup of super thick coffee and swam to Europe and back on caffeine.
Quite a difference from the cheap black cup of coffee I usually drink. The rest of the week I walked to one of the 400 dunkin donuts you can find within 1/2 mile anywhere in New England.

I have a Keurig, it's super sweet.
