Been Lurking for a bit and find the information here invaluable. Although a car/truck guy, this is my first and maybe my last Jeep. I have found and received what I wanted for years in my 06 LJ (yes it's a thing).

Project..... Yes. Great to be here and in the Jeep community !

Now, Work in progress. Getting inside ready for lining. finding used parts local! Did the JKU spring/shock swap thanks to the Forum! Great deal on Rubi wheels (waiting on cash for new 35's. Detroit Axel drilled/slotted rotors/pads at a great price on flea-bay!

This Jeep was used and driven for 16 years and was handed to me in the condition seen in the first picture. It's all about maintenance, replacing worn/rusty/ cracked, missing and other stuff. Reliability is the focus at the moment along with some minor comfort and performance things. I'm Learning A LOT!!!
