Welcome. Most TJs need a little attention given that they range from 11-20 years old. When I bought mine I had to replace the throttle position sensor within a week of bringing it home. Mine has an oil leak or two as well. But nothing major. I'll get to them this summer when I have time to give my jeep the time it needs.
