Greetings from The Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee!

I recently bought a project 2001 TJ from a co-worker. During our rare "big" snow over Christmas a tree fell on it and I tore his arm off, and drove the Jeep home at $800. Since getting it I've swapped the hood, new to me doors, soft top, steering hoses, steering gearbox, steering shaft, hood latches, blower motor resistor, blower motor pigtail and speakers. I am slowly bringing it back to life and have found the forum a valuable resource already.

Welcome to the forum! I would say at $800 that’s a hell of a deal. I mean even if worse came to worst you could get more for that out of parting it out!

I was afraid that's what you thought! He's perfectly fine other than missing the Jeep
I saw that door and thought maybe he had the widow down and his arm resting there when the tree hit..

Just ignore me, and keep up the good work (y)
