Picked up a HF 12 ton press this week.
I bought castors for mine. Sure is nice being able to wheel it around the shop.

LockNLube is proud of their stuff but it works. Have one on my Milwaukee grease gun and the LockNFlate on my Milwaukee tire inflator. I need more locknflates.
Ive never had an air chuck worth a shit. They all seem to leak unless on perfectly. I have resorted to using the screw on chucks because they dont leak. You happy with the locknflate?

I tapped some holes and used some cable clamps to hand my handle on so I wasn’t misplacing it.
Installed casters as well.

I have looked at Bambu a few times, mostly at the model right below the X1. Just seems like a giant rabbit hole. I have no experience in this type of thing but sounds fun.

I’m happy with my Jaco on my Milwaukee compressor. JACO Lightning S2X Tire Inflator... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099SBMBJV?tag=wranglerorg-20
I bought a new 3D printer today. Been getting into this more and more, including producing a new product for the GMC motorhome peeps. Also, since I use 3d printing to make useful stuff instead of printing cute anime creatures, I'm getting into more advanced engineering materials (ABS, ASA, carbon filled, etc).
My current printer is not bad. It has the right temps at the nozzle and bed to do those materials, but its an "open air" design and as such, I've had problems with bed adhesion and warp. I've also advanced to a place where I'd like to have the ability to do multiple materials in one print, such as multiple colors, or maybe a super strong area of reinforcement within a greater print. Finally, having the ability to use supports that will dissolve is not to be understated.
My wife also wanted to get me a Christmas present, and had no idea what to buy me, so I suggested a new printer! She thought that was a good idea, so I took advantage of the end of year sale at Bambu Labs. Ordered myself an X1C with an AMS. Really excited to have this...it should be a much better printer for my uses.

Same! Have one sitting in my office that arrived the other day after hitting the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. Likely can't get it setup until next week - but still waiting on the AMS-ready filaments to arrive anyway. The X1C is an investment but all reviews point to a worthwhile upgrade.
Congrats! Can't wait to see what you print.
X1C is a game changer compared to the Ender 3 I had and I just recently added Bambu studio to my desktop. I’ve printed everything from my phoooooone!
Although i ordered a bunch more filament and Bambu is shipping them one at a time. Got one yesterday and another today. Yesterdays was a box in a bag and todays was just a box of filament with a label on it.

I'm replacing an Ender 3 V2 and looking forward to the upgrade.
Based on their availability as the sale went along, I think their inventory was getting burnt up pretty quick. Was just notified more TPU for AMS is available but not yet the colors I want.
Glad to hear the positive feedback. Looking forward to un-boxing.
Mine should be delivered today (but its FedEx, so who knows). I'm also upgrading from an Ender 3 (V3 KE). I should have known better at the beginning to get this one. I looked at it...but 300 dollars was better than 1400...
For me the ender was a toe dip to see if I’d make anything useful with it. I really liked it but the Bambu is a game changer for ease of use.
Luckily I was able to sell my Ender
I'll probably keep mine. We'll see. I have a lot of ideas for reproducing plastic parts for the ol motorhome, and chances are good there are about 8000 other people that have the same problem with their plastic after 47 years. Being able to easily print ABS, ASA, Carbon Fiber filled materials is huge. I can do it on my ender, but I gotta use a giant tent, and the ender is just a bit "fiddley" for using a printer as a tool. It has the right hot end, and the bed goes to 100° C...but it seems to require constant attention to keep good prints. I might just be spoiled by my industrial grade printer at work though.
