No brake lights and no running lights on 2000 TJ

A week ago my brake and running lights stopped working. Checked ALL fuses behind glove and under hood. All good. Replaced headlight switch and brake light switch. Still nothing. Checked all grounds and all are good. After testing with a light tester I have power through the fuse #2 but No power at brake light switch.
Is there something between the fuse and switch I can’t find?
Headlight switch I have power coming in but only headlight work went turned on.
Turn, gazers and back up work fine?

Ok what I found. The two fuses 1&2 only have 4v. Found the wire from the PDC was corroded. Got pinched next to battery tray.
Cleaned it up and soldered back together.
All works fine now. There is a thread on here that has the complete wiring diagrams for all jeep. That was so helpful
