Hey a guys…. I’ve read a lot about the no bus issues on tj’s, I’ve cleaned connections to cluster, cleaned connections to pcm, cleaned fuses, cussed and whined. Here’s what happened.
01 Jeep tj, had some frame issues, fixed those, installed new tube fenders ect. Under the Jeep was filthy with what looked to be like from a gravel pit, so I took CLR and sprayed under the Jeep and then powerwashed it. (Worked great)… but afterwards I got the no bus signal on odometer. My dome light and foot light stay on even though the delete fuse is pulled. The left turn signal only buzzes when operated, right hand works, headlights work fine, dash lights work fine, radio lights up but no sound.
Can’t pull codes off odometer due to no bus. But code reader just says p1687.
