No interior lights, no radio, and no instruments!

I was installing my radio yesterday and I shorted it out blowing the fuse in the fuse box after I replaced it I still had no radio no instruments and no interior lights. Ive read check grounds Ill do that this morning but could shorting out the radio actually affect the grounds? I'm new here and I hope this is the right place Thanks

never mind fuse 17 checking it 6 times was not enough 7 times did it. Lol

I was about to suggest checking fuse 17. Sounds like you solved the issue. Thanks for the update!
