No start issue- tried everything I can think of- please help

Only thing I can think of at this point is to try all the connectors, or maybe even trying to hotwire it at the ignition switch or glovebox fuse panel. Perhaps you could try jumping some random 12 volt source to the Fuse 20 position and seeing if that starts it.

Verify that the relay ground pin is actually grounded. Use an ohmmeter and check that it has no resistance between the socket and the body of the vehicle.

I'll try all those- I have all of the starting system pages from the FSM printed and ready. I hadn't verified the ground on the relay, will try that as well.
