Hi All - Tried searching the web for this noise but couldn't find it. I'm doing some preventative maintenance on my 2004 TJR and noticed this squeaking noise coming from the output of the transfer case for the front driveshaft. I've never torn into the NP241 so best I can guess from looking at the exploded parts diagram is a sleeve, seal, or bearing. Jeep spent its youth in the mud but has been mud-free for several years now.
