I replaced the clutch about a year ago with a LUK light duty clutch kit. It came with the composite throwout bearing. I took pictures of the post-install set-up and have attached them for reference. About two months I started to get a loud clicking noise coming from the bell housing after about 10 minutes of driving in the Jeep, video attached. Can some of you familiar with a clutch job look over the pictures to see if there is anything seen in the pictures that may be off that could be causing this issue? Any help would be appreciated. I do plan on cracking the bell housing open again soon to replace the throwout bearing with a Timken TO bearing #614093, OE Fork, OE spring clutch release, and OE clutch release lever pivot. My guess is that fatigue in reused parts (fork, pivot, and spring) may be causing vibrations and resulting in noise. The noise is constant while the clutch is released but does go away after I put slight foot pressure on the clutch.

Those loose bearings on the bottom of the bell housing were from the last OE throwout bearing that fell apart at about 90k miles. I used LuK kit RepSet 05-065.

Here is a video of the noise from the bell housing.
