Nylon fuel line

the nylon fuel line on my 2000 TJ blows apart, i have made new lines 4 times even tried rubber line with clamps rated 300 psi it split, replaced fuel pump that has pressure regulator, the latest line i made last fall i was surprised when i blew off the tank yesterday. is the pressure to high? return blocked? new steel lines installed last summer, any help greatly appreciated, i am new to this forum this is my first post thanks

If I was doing it, I would use the direct attach EFI fittings for stainless steel braided hose from Racetronix. This is the hard line end.

This is the nylon braid over stainless steel braided line. And, if you just need 14-18" of it or so, I have some you can have at what I paid for it.

Direct attach eliminates the common -6 male x EFI QD 5/16" and 3/8" tube adapters we all use.
