O2 sensor problem

I am getting the error code P0058 "Heater Control Circuit bank 2 sensor 2"

What I have done so far...
I replaced all four 02 sensors with NTK
I replaced the catalytic converter.
It worked well for about a week (2 maybe 3 small drives) then the CEL returned and its P0058 again.
I returned and replaced the bank 2 sensor 2 again.. still have the code after trying to clear it
I started pulling the wiring harness yesterday and didn't see any noticeable damage anywhere. My harness loom is shot and crumbling btw.

On a scan tool I can see its getting power with key on (1.27 for all o2 sensors) and while running a can see the graph change value for all except B2S2

Can I run my own harness to the o2 sensor from the PCM? The FSM says...
pin 33 on Black terminal is the signal
pin 10 on Neutral terminal is the Heater Control
The other two wires on the sensor should be grounds and I can ground to the frame, Correct?

What is the Pin 32 on Orange "O2 return, Downstream"

I also noticed I already have a remanufactured PCM. Came that way.

Did I miss something? Is there something else I need to be looking at?

Thank you in advance

I'm guessing your PCM is failing. Wranglerfix is your friend. It'll probably run awhile with the failing PCM but you'll have check engine lights and codes. Eventually it'll get worse and worse and if you let it go long enough it'll all shut down. I ran mine for over a year with the O2 sensor heater circuit codes. Finally started getting lots more random codes and running issues so I knew it was time for a new PCM. Wranglerfix got me running code free again. Mine is a 2005 too.

@aka5000 It is the pcm that has failed you. Faulty 02 sensors, hard 1-2 shift in the morning, rough idle and poor gas mileage are the other issues.

You can call me to discuss some further detail if you would like.

Thanks,

Mark

I have a 2005 Wrangler TJ Rubi that I just got as well haha! Same issue... let me know if this fixes please as I plan on replacing all 4 sensors this weekend first and if that doesn't work I'll most likely buy replacement as well. Thanks!

A huge thank you to Wranglerfix. I called and spoke to him Wednesday morning and had the new PCM by Thursday night. Nice work guys!

It took maybe 2 minutes to change out the PCM and on first fire... No CEL
