Illinois Off Road locations

What places are there to go (with reviews if have them) in Northern Illinois/NW Indiana/Southern WI?

I know of the River Road Park (McHenry) but they are closed and no updates as to when they will open.
Cliffs. (Mudd... packed... etc)
Badlands/Attica... BEEN slammed every weekend since opened.

Are there any others?

Cliffs are closed off to Jeeps as well.
