Thought it might be nice to have a one-stop post about all Mopar / Chrysler manuals, supplements, recalls, bulletins, etc. Here’s what I know so far, with images using 1997 as an example.

Factory Service Manuals:
These are the official service manuals used by dealership techs, back before all such resources were digitized. More comprehensive and more accurate than any other brands of manuals like Chilton, Haynes, etc.
PDFs be downloaded here. Hard copies be purchased used on eBay, and new for 2000+ models from TechAuthority. Can also be accessed electronically via subscription with WiTech, described below.

Chrysler also published "Supplements" for the Factory Service Manuals (FSMs). The Supplements contain revised versions of certain sections of the FSM. From a quick glance, it seems that the entire sections are reprinted without highlighting what’s been changed.
No copies yet available for download here. Hard copies be purchased used on eBay. Can maybe(?) accessed electronically via subscription with WiTech, described below.

Chrysler also published "Diagnostic Guides" for the TJ. One for the body, one for the powertrain, and one for the chassis.
PDFs for a few years can be downloaded here. Hard copies be purchased used on eBay. Can also be accessed electronically via subscription with WiTech, described below.
Technical Service Bulletins:
Chrysler also published a collection of "Technical Service Bulletins" for each year. As explained in the introduction, “Technical Service Bulletins are published to update and inform the service trades of engineering changes, production changes, and revised or new repair and diagnosis techniques.” This volume is not specific to any particular model, but covers all TSBs for all Chrysler vehicles in that year.
PDFs are being collected here. Hard copies be purchased used on eBay. Can also be accessed electronically via subscription with WiTech, described below.
Finally, TSBs can also be browsed here, although I can’t confirm how comprehensive the collection is, and have not found the filters to work very well. A better site is the NHTSA, but those filters also seem to let other models' TSBs into the results.
Technical Manual Revisions
Chrysler also published a collection of "Technical Manual Revisions" for each year. As explained in the introduction, this was considered the second part of a two-volume set, with the TSBs mentioned above being the first volume. This volume “contains bulletins that supplement and revise technical information previously published in Chrysler Corporation Technical manuals.” Sounds to me like these may have been the bulletins that eventually led to the FSM Supplements mentioned above. Just like the TSB volume, this volume is not specific to any particular model, but covers all bulletins for all Chrysler vehicles in that year.

Mopar WiTech and Stellantis:
Mopar now offers online resources to dealers, rather than hard-copy resources. Anyone can subscribe to this service via WiTech, which is handled via Stellantis. Create a free account with Stellantis, and then after choosing “Jeep” you’ll be prompted to create a free account with Mopar / WiTech. You can then subscribe to various packages. Prices are very high, but short-term access isn’t too bad ($35 for three days).
As in the screenshot below, one section called “Service” includes sub-sections that match the sections of the FSM. This is basically an online version of the FSM.
There are also several sections that appear to be online versions of the Diagnostic Guides mentioned above.
Printing, or downloading to PDF, is possible only per-section. So it’s possible to save sections for offline use, but it’s tedious.
Chrysler Advanced Technical Training
Looks like Chrysler also printed some advanced technical training manuals. Have not purchased any, but the TOC can be seen in pics below. May be redundant to the manuals and guides outlined above.
MasterTech Overview:
It seems that Chrysler also put out a "MasterTech" periodical, the February 1996 issue of which focused on the new TJ. It's an interesting overview of the then-new TJ and the features that make it distinct from the YJ.
More of a collector's item than a reference, but it's a nice introduction (with pics) for anyone who's new to TJs.
