Well, they say the Rubicon is a 10 and Pritchett is a 9... one of those is wrong I think. Nothing I've ever done including the stuff we've done here at Moab this week compares to it. Using the same scale, if this was a 9... I'd put the Rubicon trail at like a 6-7.
You can make it with 35's and lockers front and rear... if you also have a good winch and good driving skills (or in my case great spotters
) sure. But we also watched a guy in basically a buggy on 40's roll on the first obstacle, and the JK with us had so much damage NashvilleTJ had to drag him home.
I don't think any of the major obstacles had a bypass, and the 'easier' lines were nasty. I'd suggest you get others to chime in who have run other trails out here, it's my first time and I haven't run many, but from what I've been told it is one of the hardest.
Pritchett was, by far, the hardest trail I've ever done, and I'm not ashamed to say I used my winch more than once.
