Good day to all of you,

2010 is the latest Wrangler with pcm issues without remedy.

I am going to look at this 2010 Rubicon tomorrow. I am attaching the Craigslist link as well as a photo as to why the title is rebuilt.

The Jeep has just over 76,000 miles, an extra hood and the original tires Seller is asking 16k and dropped to 15k on the phone.

Any pitfalls to watch out for on this one? How much is too much?

Any and all suggestions, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Mark

Given the wheels, the street tires, the light bar, and that ghastly grill, it's safe to say the owner dumped a ton of money into something that has never seen a trail before.

If you want to haggle with him, the best line is: "There's a million of these for sale that all look exactly like yours."

Are the 2010 PCM issues similar to those on the 05/06 TJ Mark? You woulda thought they would have learned their lesson after the 05/06 PCM problems.
Yes, the 2010 failure rate is noticeably high as well as the prices for them.

Pcm prices on car-part.com range from 350-700 without tech time and programming.
