I received my ORO ADE-II Theft System today and used the last bit of daylight to scope it out. The wiring part of the install makes sense to me. But I do have a question about which grounding bolt the relay mounts on. My Jeep is a 2004 and according to the directions the recommended bolt is centered on the firewall. Is this bolt the correct one?
The reason I ask is, because by the time the wire with the magnetic reed switch follows the wiring harness into the driver side grommet, it’s awfully short. It has just enough left to hang by the pedals. Is there another bolt or anything I’m missing. Thanks.
