I built my own trailer for camping last year. Pretty similar to this one. Sided mine in 16 gauge, but still, pretty darn similar. Knowing what I got in mine, and how much labor went into it, your pricing is a steal. Someone will be getting a great deal!
Same here, but being in Grizzly country like I am. I sleep better being 6 feet off the ground. I do a lot of solo camping. Just sucks when I have to climb down to piss. lol

Oh yeah, griz! Your neck of the woods definitely has that. Saw a momma/cub combo on the 9th green at your local CF course back in the 70s - had to skip that hole and play it later in the afternoon.
No so much of a risk down around the Big Hole but still a consideration.
And we did have a pack of wolves very near camp at Georgetown Lake, mid day, a couple years ago.
Just bought a Kodiak canvas last year with Montana plans...now I'm rethinking..
Love the 5th wheel but towing the LJ is too much.
