Has anyone experienced this

I'm straight grounding it now to test.

The parking brake never set the buzzer off on either of my two TJs, I don't know that it's supposed to. Any buzzers in my vehicles always get disabled anyway, I hate 'em and don't need 'em.

Me too generally, but I keep driving around with the parking brake on for some reason, mostly at night - I need to be more mindful.

I repaired the connector at the proportioning valve just now , will report back , if for no other reason than to share what I learned .

Thanks Jerry !

Case closed - it was not the copper/ brass ground type switch under the console .

The plug at the portioning valve is connected to this circuit .

Mine had an issue back when I was replacing the steering shaft .

I repaired the connector, works as designed .

Works fine now.
