Why would the passenger side turning signal illuminate when the headlights are turned on but not the driver side ? Both turning signals work, so it cant be the bulb. Can the driver side harness be bad or maybe one of the 3 wires that connects to the harness ? Any advice would be appreciated.

I swapped the bulbs. But driver side still would not light up. Then i swapped the sockets and the driver side lit up but the passenger side didnt. So i ordered a 95023L socket off amazon for about $11 to replace the bad one on the jeep. I hope this helps someone in the future.
