Could you post some pics of your Jeep with this setup. Looking for inspiration 🤘🏼

I recently went from a 4” lift to a 2.5” but I kept the 17” wheels and tires (285/70-17) as I only have about 20K miles on the Falkens. These wheels are from the previous owner. I’ve never got around to changing them out.

I’m getting the itch to go ahead and get new wheels and tires. Want to go down to 15x8 but not sure on what size tire looks best on a 2.5” lift?
Extreme Terrain recommended 31x10.50r15 with a 15x8.

Thanks 🤘🏼💀

Also, I’m thinking about going with a charcoal color spoke wheel instead of polished aluminum like I have now but it’s between these two options. Which would you pick? I’m a woman I can’t decide on anything 😆

I like the Charcoal Mammoths and I definitely think a 15” wheel would look better. For tires a 31 or 32”.

Your current tire size is 32.7" diameter and 11.2" width. So if you change over to 15" wheels you could go with a 33x10.5x15 tire max. A 31 x10.5x15 or 32x11.5x15 could be a good alternative. Is your speedometer accurate with the current setup?

2.5"ish lift 1.25" body lift 15" wheels and 33s (not nominal). I don't have many straight on shots like this

Yes I believe it is.

You shouldn't run a 33" tire on 2.5" of lift. You would have to bumpstop to limit uptravel which would negatively affect ride quality. 4" of lift is advised for 33" tire.

I changed oil today and looked at the tag on the rear driver side axle. It said 3.73. I’ve never changed that but idk what the previous owner did. I’d assume that tag wouldn’t be there if it were changed but I’m not sure.

If it's the metal rectangular tag then it came from the factory. I don't know if you plan to follow Schedule A or B for maintenance, but it's always a good idea to get a baseline on all the fluids and plugs. So I'd change it. I doubt anyone ever has. LOL.

I’ve changed the transmission oil once I got it but I didn’t know we were suppose to change THAT oil too. 🫣💀😆

Now I’ve had this thing since 2012……
