That's why I'm looking at the rot spot where one of the body mounts are. The Frame is virtually in the best condition I've seen in my area. Everyone else either has frame patches or there are bad spots. I wonder how much of a price increase I could put on it if I were to fix the rot. If it cost me 500 dollars to fix, could I raise the asking price my 1000?The TJ has been on a steady incline the last few years. That’s not really over priced anymore if the tub and frame are in decent shape and not rusted through. Rust is the biggest issue to avoid IMO.
