Problem With Halo and Turn Signal Wiring

The out of sync "problem" is (I believe) because of some clever way they handle the grounding of all those lights. That's how my CJ worked anyway. But it also grounded through the housing, which I don't think TJ's do, so maybe this is a useless comment.

I purposely didn't configure the halos on my JK to blink with the turn signals.
