UPS freight is trying to charge an extra $80 on an axle I shipped. I weighed it on my freight scale as 240lbs, they said they had to re-weigh and it was 320lbs. No flipping way I my scales are off that much.
They say to dispute the extra charge, I need a proof of commodity or manufacture/seller specifications sheet proving it was only 240lbs.
I'e searched high/low looking for "factory" spec sheets but nothing lists the weight. Anyone have an idea of what I can use to prove they are dumb-asses.
