Lol wow at that angle it looked like more. Why lift it for just the stock tires?2" lift and .... 33's
You don't hear of many people putting their windshield down. I put mine down every chance I get in the summer when I have the hard top off and hit a dirt road.Having a little fun with the JL social distancing myself...

It's a product of function. I use a very simple spring spacer lift that preserves the factory ride and handling but lifts the belly 2" for a little clearance in the rocks. It's functional, but it creates the illusion of larger tires too. You are not the first person to think they are on 35s or 37s.Lol wow at that angle it looked like more. What is the story on the tailpipe?Bestop trektop NX frameless soft top in Twill. I love this thing.View attachment 124722
Im a fan of Warn sliders. I just like the clean lines and simple look that they bring."What is the story on the tailpipe?"
It is a little funky huh? I've always said I'm going to trim it back and tuck it up closer. If I remember correctly, before I moved across the country, I needed a new exhaust quick so I purchased this one from 4wd hardware. I've just never got around to it.
"Any future plans on rock sliders?"
Yup, as soon as I find some that I like that don't add a ton of weight. Likely I'm going to have to build something myself.
"Jeep build looks awesome. I like it."
Thanks!
I do like those sun Performance sliders, they look awesome. My biggest gripe is the weight of steel sliders. Some of these sliders get very close to 100lbs. Weight is a consideration for me. I like my jeep light and nimble, hence bobbed bumper, soft top, no rear seat. etc. The kind of wheeling I do, I don't even really need sliders, but I do want the protection just in case.Im a fan of Warn sliders. Wish Sun Performance would come back, but that will never happen. Warn is the closest.

Find a set of TJ Rubicon sliders, light weight. They’re usually around 100 bucksI do like those sun Performance sliders, they look awesome. My biggest gripe is the weight of steel sliders. I love this shot. Nice to see you out enjoying the Jeep.
Thanks, that was my favorite from the group too!I love this shot. Nice to see you out enjoying the Jeep.
Have to say your wheeling views are a bit better than those in Kentucky. Awesome shotsI took the TJ out this morning to the Broken Arrow trail here in Sedona. Because the pink jeep tour company is closed we had this place to ourselves. I even drove UP the Devils staircase, something you normally cannot do because there will always be someone coming down it.
