Radio antenna mount

This may be a dumb question but I can’t find anything about this on the forums except for CB Radios....I need a radio antenna mount and refuse to pay 50 bucks for this on my 2000 Sahara tj. Is there any reason why a jk mount wouldn’t work? Mopar mounts for those are only 17 bucks instead of 50? Even used mounts are that high! I’m tired of static from my stereo and just need something to mount an antenna into. Any help or info is much appreciated.
 
I need the entire assembly. The bracket under the cover is broken and does not allow an antenna to be mounted. Just didn’t know if I could use a newer models bracket instead of paying double for the tj version.
