That dude was my idol about 30 years and four knee surgeries ago.
Just got down to Captiva Island Florida for a vacation yesterday. If I hit the lotto the LJ and I are retiring here

yeah just looked it up, $795K for a 2BR condo was cheapest listing...went up to over 15Mill on houses.....yeah-not happening
Waaaay too flat. My wife loves things like that - I want the mountains myself.
Yeah I was just reading in the papers down here that the prices have gone up a little due to the pandemic lol
I figure if the whole lotto thing works out a place near the mountains or woods would also be in the cards lol
Everywhere. The house I built in PA last year is probably up 100 grand, this is due to demand of people getting out of NYC and not taking vacations so they bought a second house to work out of. Even the price of lumber has skyrocketed, my builder says his cost of lumber on my house is up $30K since last year. 4 x 8 sheets of plywood were $8-12 are now 30 to 45 ea.
