So, I have been struggling to install a RD30 (old gen) ARB locker in my front Dana 30. I have been chasing ARB PN: 160105 as seen in the attached diagram (Item 14). After a few days of emailing ARB, I now have a Timken PN: LM501349/LM501310 which can be found on amazon (from uxcell) for $13 which is less than 1/2 of the $60 ARB part (if you can find it). additionally, ARB confirmed that you just run a standard Dana 30 carrier bearing on the ring gear side. I know a lot of people aren't running these lockers anymore for a host of very valid reasons, but this seemed like information that deserved to be documented/shared.
