Doesn't seem to be much of a difference with my 33s am running now. . And the 315 should weight less than a true 35.

I believe so. You need the BBK when going to 35's. I am not sure about 33's though. @mrblaine would be able to comment as to what he would recommend for 33's.

I am actually running 33s with regular brakes, no issues. Good brakes makes a different. Will install the 315s and compare to my 33s then go from there, and upgrade to bigger brakes if needed.

New (replacement) axles are installed, and 315s tire mounted. Definitely much more power with the 4.88 gears compare to the 3.55 i had. The 315s tire don't seem much bigger than the 33s I had on.

Yes, jeep drives straight now, and that back tire doesn't wobble anymore when rotating. It rotates str8

Not sure if an alignment is needed as I reused all the steering parts.
