Rear pinion seal

my rear pinion seal is leaking AGAIN 3rd seal in 2yrs i know i installed it correctly also cleaned all surfaces on axle and pinion NO nicks in metal all rust on pinion sanded off (400 grit and scotchbrite pad) and yes it is the correct seal am i missing something or what should i look for

How is the seal groove on the yoke if it’s too deep it can leak past.

Sounds like you have addressed the more common things to cause the seal to leak.
While driving the Jeep.... do you feel any vibrations that could be related to the driveshaft?
IF there is a slight vibration or bad pinion angle this can cause the seal to leak over time.

If you grab the yoke with the driveshaft disconnected is there any other play?

Check the vent line for obstructions, my rear 44 leaked from the pinion so bad it was dripping off the bottom of the housing. A bit of mud clogged the end of the vent hose up by the gas filler tube and once that was cleared the leak stopped 100%.

no it is tight no movement in drive shaft

it might be that i have it zip tied it might be to tight ill check that today after i take wife to dialysis

If you don't find a dripping vent line, try this which cured the bad RMS seal leak I had on my BMW. Switch to Mobil Super 10W-30 which has more seal conditioning additives than in most other engine oils. Mobil Super is a conventional engine oil. If you're running a synthetic engine oil they tend to cause leaks so this is even more likely to cure it. My BMW has not leaked even a drop in over two years now since switching.

vent hose didnt look plugged or excessively kinked or pinched (no garage and its raining) so i only did a cursory inspection if it stops raining ill do a more thorough inspection tomorrow

A new yoke is not expensive. Perhaps swapping the yoke and putting in some fresh heavy dino gear oil. I just switched to Lucas 80/140. Poured like snot. I installed a Lube Locker whilst I was at it. Vinman's theory is sound as well.
