Rear seat bolt spins

Did a search and can't find this issue directly addressed. I am removing the rear seat brackets in my 2001 Sahara to Monstaline the tub interior. On the driver side, both bolt heads sheared off, and I'm soaking them in Kroil before trying the Easy-Out.

That's not my big problem, though. On the passenger side, both bolts broke loose (I thought). What actually happened was that I broke loose the nuts welded to the underside of the tub. Now they just spin freely. First thought was to angle grind the bolt heads off, but then how do I attach that bracket back down after the tub is lined? Any and all suggestions welcome!

I had the same issue. You can access the nuts from underneath. Just need a second person to hold the bolt from the topside. I had my 9 year old daughter hold the bolt with a ratchet while I loosened the nut from below. You’ll need a long extension(s) to make it easier.
When reinstalling, no need to weld the nuts up, you can just install them the same you took them out.
