I think those laws that consider the unborn "people" in these cases are intentionally crafted by conservative legislators to make a point in the abortion debate.
But yeah, point made and I consider them people in all situations.

I was reading earlier that they found out that she has had at least 12 other accidents , some in other states. She was a disaster waiting to happen. It’s really sad that she took innocent peoples lives.
I wish they could have her trial in Texas where she is from
