Finally got around to hitting Red Cone this weekend. It was a really fun trail, I had convinced myself it would be a lot harder than it was. The descents were super easy and nowhere near scary-level shelf road.
Yup that's a subaru. It did better than I expected, but still needed 3 pulls to get up red cone, and slashed a tire and lost some trim. But hey he made it, lol... Bet he's telling friends that his subie did Red Cone now We also were going to do Saints John cos I love the views there but I pulled him up the first obstacle and we decided to turn around right away lol.
It was an amazing day, no clouds and the smoke wasn't as bad as it could've been. Nice and warm. I wish I took more photos!
