Removing windshield mirror mount paint?

Not sure if its paint or a sticker. How can i remove it?

I had the install guy mount my rearview mirror as high up as he could get it. As im 6'3" and have a hard time seeing with the mirror in the middle.

I was thinking razer blade and acetone. But i have no idea what its made out of.

Should've done the mirror flip trick.

Anyways, acetone and a razor should work fine.

I do flip my mirror. That pic is just after install.
