I have a 99 wrangler Sahara tj with the rear brakes and rotors conversion and I’m trying to find out what brake pads and rotors to use to replace the old worn out pad and rotors. Are they all the same pad and rotor for all the conversion kits? Thanks

No, they are not even close to being the same. We're gonna need some pictures of something other than an unidentifiable pile of rust masquerading as rear disc brakes.
No. If he is that dumb he may need to learn the hard way.
But now he can look at Centric rotors and BMB pads for his totally unknown setup that he will have to figure out or post pics for us to figure out. At least he is directed toward good quality.

They look similar to the ZJ conversion kit I recently installed (if so, pads and rotors for a '93-98 Grand Cherokee should fit):

So far you have narrowed it down to some choices.
OEM Rubi 03-06
OEM Rubi backing plates with Explorer bits, caliper, rotor, pads.
ZJ backing plates with Rubi bits.
ZJ backing plates with Explorer bits.
Stop Tech conversion with some bits.
ECGS conversion with some bits.
Tera conversion with some bits.
To narrow it further, you need to see what pistons are in the calipers. Steel piston = 8.8 caliper. Phenolic piston = ZJ, Rubi, and Liberty Caliper.
Pad shape may help to figure out if it is OEM Rubi or ZJ since the little anti rattle clip can be on either or neither.
